We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item purchased from UM Beauty USA, and we want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Below is our return policy for eyelashes, nail nippers, nail files, and nail pushers instruments.

1. Eligibility for Returns 1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 1.2 For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on eyelashes that have been removed from their packaging or used, or on any nail instrument that has been used or had its packaging opened. 1.3 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

2. Returns Process 2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your item. 2.2 Please include the RA# with your returned item to ensure it is processed correctly. 2.3 You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. 2.4 We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and/or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds 3.1 Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges 4.1 We do not offer exchanges on our products. 4.2 If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items 5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate a return. 5.2 We will provide a return label for the item and replace it at no additional cost to you.
